Refund policy

Please include the following details:
• The name and model No. of Product
• Copy of Sales receipt with the date of purchase visible.

If it is found that the item you received is faulty, we will exchange it. The item needs to be returned within 14 days of purchase, in its original packaging.

Please note - Delivery cost is not refundable. Returned goods postage will be paid by the customer.

If we no longer have any more of the product in stock, then a full refund will be provided.

If the product is just an unwanted item or you changed your mind and our business has been contacted within 7 days of receipt your refund will be store credit or an exchange for another product. Please choose carefully. shipping is not refunded.
