Shipping policy
Shipping: Only Ships Australia Wide we can organize shipping to New Zealand.
Our goal is to process and ship your order within 5 business days of receipt. For items that are not yet at our warehouse, please allow 2-3 weeks for the item to be processed and shipped. A tracking number will be emailed to you when your order ships. This tracking number will allow you to check on the delivery status of your order.
- We are not able to reship packages that are returned to us by the carrier. All undelivered packages will be processed as a return. Please take this into consideration when selecting your shipping address for an order.
- larger orders to a PO box can be restrictive. Very remote postcodes can also be restrictive, we will endeavor to do our best to get the product to you.
- If your order is over the weight and size for Australia Post we will send via a courier. If you have an Authority to leave, then once your parcel is delivered we have no responsibility for your package. Please always let us know if you do not want your parcel left.
- From time to time the cost of shipping is higher than normal to an area considered remote, we do our very best to ensure we get the best possible price for you.
- During busy times or times of Storm and Tempest, Delivery times will vary.
